The house is surrounded by a beautiful green area, in 200 m from the Island there is a small beach for swimming, a playground for children, a tennis court and a private marina for boats and yachts. In the summer season rent of jet skis and SUPs is available. Guests can enjoy fishing right on the Island shore renting fishing rods and gear, or rent a boat and fish in the middle of Lake Baltezers.
